RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Should the product have a major fault or arrive in a damaged condition, please contact Scotsman immediately. The product is only returnable if there are manufacturing faults or a wrong order has been sent, in either case we would cover the back-and-forth shipping costs. Returns need to be requested within 15 days since the date you receive the product and the product must be new, unused and in original packaging through a standard assessment process by customer service team. The product must be returned in a securely packaged, showroom condition and accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the original sales receipt. Only the original owner of the product is entitled to returns, which cannot be transferred to subsequent owners. Our extensive quality control means that our products are thoroughly tested and reliable by industry standards so that they should be able to perform as described. If there is a quality claim, it will be assessed by Scotsman and new parts will be delivered once the claim has been approved. Should this be the case, Scotsman will be liable for the postage costs and for sending the exchange parts to you free-of-charge. Because Scotsman is custom-made, we will not accept returns for change of mind nor allow exchange. When applicable, Scotsman reserves the right to charge payment processing fees and other incurred fees if any. If you wish to file a claim, please contact Scotsman Customer Service team, who will guide you through the process.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

There is a grace period of 48 hours for order cancellation after the receipt of the order confirmation, after which refund is not allowed. Refund will be processed and issued to your payment services provider within 14 business days after your refund request is approved. Please note that the time it takes to receive your refund may vary depending on your payment services provider. When applicable, Scotsman reserves the right to charge payment processing fees and other incurred fees if any.
